LieuTou Houamchai Education Foundation
The LieuTou Houamchai Education Foundation began in 2007. The representatives of global LieuTou Alumni held a meeting in Bangkok, Thailand and had agreed unanimously to establish “Global LieuTou Fund”. This fund is a non-profit organization and does not participate or engage in any activities related racial, political or religious conflict. With the aim of cultivating the talents of LieuTou’s Students, promoting the education of LieuTou School and developing technical skills.
In order to make the operations of Global LieuTou Fund sustainable and develop continuously, the representatives of LieuTou Alumni had discussed and agreed unanimously in late 2003 to establish as an education foundation in Lao PDR. “LieuTou Houamchai Education Foundation” was officially established on the 22th of February, 2024 with the approval of Ministry of Home Affairs, Agreement No. 152/HA. With activities throughout the country in the field of education and sports.

To provide access to quality education and empower disadvantaged students and talented students in Laos to their full potential.
Vision
All youths and young adults have the opportunity to receive quality education, eradicate poverty and contribute to social development.
